GLBT Cultural Sensitivity Training for Healthcare Providers Thursday, November 8, 2007 Rita Lee, M.D., Assistant Professor of General Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center, will facilitate an in-depth workshop on specific needs, issues, and concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender patients. The workshop is appropriate for any individual who works in a medical setting, including doctors, nurses, PAs, and administrative staff. The training will not cover issues pertaining to mental health and psychological services.
